Larry Melton has worked with OEMs and tier 1 suppliers in the automotive industry for over 30 years. He joined the team at Honda Motor in 1994 and worked in several divisions, including quality, administration, purchasing, and operations. Melton has also served as the General Manager of a German tier 1 supplier during his time in the automotive industry.
